Submission of Valid Training Results Forms (TRF)

The Private Security Authority (PSA) reminds all licence applicants of the critical importance of submitting valid Training Results Forms (TRF) as part of the application process.

The PSA carries out checks on every Training Results Form (TRF) to ensure each applicant for a licence has completed the required training. Failure to submit a valid TRF will result in your application being rejected.

Submitting false, altered or forged training documentation is a serious offence.

Anyone considering submitting a forged document as part of their licence application needs to be aware that this is fraud. It is a serious criminal offence punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment.

The PSA is committed to maintaining the highest standards in the private security industry and will take the necessary steps to enforce compliance. Where we discover a forged document, you will not be issued with a PSA licence. In addition, the matter will be referred to An Garda Síochána for investigation and possible prosecution.
